My new remix of "Train to Tehran" for Namito ‘s 25 years anniversary as a music producer is out now! 
He sent me a bunch of his early techno productions and I chose “Train to Tehran” which was originally released back in 2009 and even made it onto a Global Underground compilation. I tried to keep the “techno” vibe of the original but add my twist with field recordings of Iranian subway stations, a sprinkle of acid, big heavy bass line, and lots of percussion of course.

The interplay between light and dark is the metaphorical leitmotif du jour on Jean Claude Ades' Awake E.P., inspired by the people who “come into your life and give you joy, bringing brightness, turning the night into the day” and the universal feeling of emerging from darkness with fresh perspectives, according to the Scorpios veteran. Deep and downtempo, the lead track “Awake” is given a tropical touch on the Sabo remix feat. Conga Fist, but not before the listener is drawn into a tentative and uncertain euphoria on “New Generation”. Featuring rare vocals from Berlin-based producer Dennis Scheffel and a plethora of organic sounds and instruments from around the globe, Awake was imagined with imminent possibilities in mind and marks Jean Claude Ades’ first release on Scorpios Music.

We’re thrilled to welcome back UK’s Dee Montero back to Do Not Sit with his EP, “Revolution”. Already a staple on the world stage, the former Mambo Ibiza resident first appeared on Do Not Sit with his ‘Chakra’ EP in 2019. With this new one, he delivers three brilliant tracks covering a range of emotions.

The title track is filled with uplifting energy, while “Our Future” is a collaboration with the duo Warung, and the deep and subdued “Tangerine” rounds out the EP in fine form.

Florian Kruse about the collaboration with Fake Mood:
'I have supported some tracks of the guys and played them a lot in my sets. We started communicating on Facebook and came up with the idea of doing a track together. It went down so well that we decided to do another one.’'

Fake Mood is a music production duo from St. Petersburg, Russia. Their style includes ethnic elements, charming electronica and surreal sound textures - always with the focus on the dancefloor. Their music has already been supported by some of the biggest names in the industry. 

With long time passion for house that dates back to the early years, Florian Kruse is first and foremost a DJ, taking his signature sound to world renowned clubs.
Florian Kruse has already released with his production duo Kruse & Nuernberg on Exploited in the past. In the last years he has focussed on his solo project. 
Kruse plunged into a solo career with a release on Anjunadeep, working together with his older brother Vincenzo and one of his long time idols Lisa Shaw. Followed by releases on Noir Music, Poker Flat Recordings, Joris Voorn’s GREEN imprint and remixes by Noir, Eagles & Butterflies, Joris Voorn, David Morales and the list of releases and remixes goes on. After a couple of feature tracks with singer / songwriter Hendrik Burkhard Florian and Hendrik started a new LIVE project presenting ‘TheGround’ with a full album.
