Alessandro Crimi returns to Etui Records with his Wandering EP. The release includes two original tracks by the Swiss artist and two remixes by Federsen and Insect O. 

The EP starts with the title track Wandering. Beautiful layered pad sounds and spacious percussion giving you the feeling of wandering around in a meadow. With some punchy drums San Francisco dub techno master Federsen turned the track into a dub heavy groover. 

The flip side starts with the mystic sounds of Jericho. Be prepared for some bass heavy vibes layered underneath deeply processed synth chords. For his remix Insect O. spiced up the synths with some effects and laid it on a forward pushing groove.

Born in the dark streets of Cairo, grown to the unforgettable forests of Santa Esmeralda, spending its teen years in Bombay and Tangier markets, mature into the deep spacey Jungle of Ghana we proudly present you a new label from the land of the pyramids: SHANGO RECORDS invites you to an unheard world music psychedelic trip: like through a colorful kaleidoscope we will melt down Indian and Pakistani Vibes, Arab-Tek and Oriental groovy vibes, Afro-Beat rhythms n' pieces, Cumbia Tropicana flavors and cosmic Ghetto-Latin vibes into forbidden sounds of frenzied electronic dancefloor rituals. Outside traditional paths these driving grooves and polyphonic structures take the adventure seeking dancer to Dionysian highs and places never been before.

Things rolled along this way peacefully for about a month or more. The neighborhood appealed to me, particularly at night when the full squalor and lugubriousness of it made itself felt. The little place, so charming and tranquil at twilight, could assume the most dismal, sinister character when darkness came on. There was that long, high wall covering one side of the barracks against which there was always a couple embracing each other furtively-often in the rain. A depressing sight to see two lovers squeezed against a prison wall under a gloomy street light: as if they had been driven right to the last bounds. What went on inside the enclosure was also depressing. On a rainy day I used to stand by the window and look down on the activity below, quite as if it were something going on another planet. It seemed incomprehensible to me. Everything done according to schedule, but a schedule that must have been devised by a lunatic. There they were, floundering around in the mid, the bugles blowing, the horses charging-all within four walls. A sham battle. Only music can relax things a bit and can pleasure my soul. The new EP of Juliano Gomez was my paradise. Three amazing original tracks and two beauty remixes by the likes of Artimpakt & Veytik, Valtierra. This was my small, everlasting paradise.

Teaming up for the 15th EP on @heimlichaufsc, @coss and @iorie deliver Casual International located somewhere between Chinatown and the Atlantic Ocean, with @shubostar and @arutani on remix duty.

"Cielo Azul" is shaped by one of Iorie's rare vocal appearances in Spanish with an organic beat underlined by dreamy guitar parts while "Mu" is based on a Chinese mantra supported by an intense bass line.

Arutani's interpretation of "Cielo Azul" is based on an arpeggiator bass accentuated by stripped-down parts of the original. Shubostar adds some extra tension by transforming "Mu" into an energic Disco banger.

Casual International as a whole creates a diverse picture of musical approaches to survive this special kind of summer.
