Grammy nominee dj and producer from Armenia Pambouk and Greek electronic music duo Miraval are joining Melody Of the Soul family with a fantastic collaboration 'Canyon Beauty' showcasing amazing groove and magical soundscapes. The release also includes an original work by Miraval called 'Yuna' filled with gorgeous oriental vibes complimented with an impeccable remix by Pambouk.

The Egyptian producer’s latest lands on All Day I Dream as part of its A Winter Sampler compilation, and it’s a track not to miss. “Whole Lotta Winters” is anything but cold, instead warming the heart and mind with intricate drum patterns and wistful synth melodies dance around hollow chimes, sweeping the mind far away from the snow and onto a sunny, outdoor dance floor. A Winter Sampler is an annual compilation by Lee Burridge’s beloved All Day I Dream imprint that is meant to embrace the winter sun. Its 2019 edition features 13 tracks by label legends Newman, Rowee, Roy Rosenfeld, and more, in addition to some heavy newcomers like Hermanez and Simon Vuarambon. Like the label it’s on, the compilation plays out like a dream. '

Roy returns (triumphantly) to our lovely little label. And what a return it is. The reactions to both „Rumbala“ and „Megakraft“ have been immense. Just try to keep your dance floors hands down. Well, we must admit it is more a single hand in the air after the break kind of deal (think Italians at parties in Ibiza) but a hand none the less. Seriously though, these tunes are going to be heard all summer long. On the flip side of the mp3 are two more wistful house music lullaby's. Don't miss them either as the moods they conjure are magical.

PREMIERE: Alejandro Mosso - Cascabel [Do Not Sit On The Furniture]

Betoko & Paul Sawyer return to ICONYC with the remix edition of ''I'll Be Here' which also featured heavily as the title song of the first ICONYC TV season. The duo's last outings on the label were received to high acclaim – with big support from the big player's brigade at the time. With their long-awaited return we get a slice of spring vibes with 4 outstanding reworks of their classic anthem. Betoko kicks things off nicely with his interpretation, the melancholic moodiness of his rework shines through as we meander effortlessly through 80's inspired melodies, while the sultry chords and vocal sit wonderfully on top adding an extra layer of depth. 

The first remix comes courtesy of Blaktone, famed for their intricate and refined productions on labels such as Selador, Sincopat and Mango Alley to name a few. The duo delivers a great take on 'I'll be Here'. Their rework creates tension from the word go, as the atmospheric vibe subtly keeps you moving with warm tinkling sounds, a smooth techno edge and some nicely effected sounding pieces. We basically have the formula for a bit of a monumental outing. The sparseness is the key here, as this restrained gem works its magic while it plays away, creating a deep glow, creating an air of sophistication. 

Next up we welcome Berlin based Tony Casanova for his debut on the label. Tony who is known for his polished and driven sound, keeps the ethereal theme of the original alive, as the pulsating bass powers along, before its drum fills and general warmth all combine to do the talking. Like something from yesteryear, yet sounding fresh – Tony's touch up takes the energy levels up a notch, but increases the melancholy with stripped back and lucid elements at the same time, before the luscious pads grace the rework changing the vibe and creating a blanket of warmth that wraps around the effected groove. 

Last but not least we have a remix courtesy of MXV who returns to the label for the second time. The UK based producer delivers a wonderful floating deep mix with infectious chords, intense drums and smooth breakdown. It's all about the groove, silky house vibes and the despondent beats that are working their magic around MXV's wonderfully arranged keys that create an irresistible rhythm while clever chords take the mind on a trip. A truly beautiful cultivated rework. 

The remix edition of Betoko & Paul Sawyer's 'I'll Be Here' manages to deliver a message of sustained musical relevance in emphatic fashion to warm the soul. Not to be missed! 'I'll Be Here' sees a worldwide release on April 27th, 2020 via all well-known digital content providers. Not to be missed!
