After appearing on Starlights Vol. 4 compilation, Kate Ozz debuts on Bar 25 Music with her solo release ¨We Are Lost¨. Underground scene’s best-kept secret based in the US, Kate entrenched in the Miami club circuit in the past years. Learning the trade, and working tirelessly in the studio to perfect her sound, Kate is ready to embark on the journey toward fulfilling her lifelong dreams. ¨We Are Lost¨ includes 3 original tracks and a remix for the titled track by one and only Namito. In recent years Namito co-produced many other artists including Marc Romboy (Innervisions, Kompakt, Bedrock), where he also shared the stage live with the Dortmund Philharmonic Orchestra and the legendary Grandmaster Flash with whom he made parts of the music for the Netflix show called “The Get Down”. There is an endless list of releases behind his back, Namito’s music came out on renowned, international labels such as Kling Klong, Systematic Recordings, Kompakt, Yoshitoshi, Selador and Sol Selectas only to name a few.

Already a household name in Berlin, with gigs at Watergate, Sisyphos and more under her belt, Stil Vor Talent regular Deer Jade returns to production with new vigour on an exciting collaboration with Dominican producer Vander. His sound is distinctive yet diverse, dancing between Afro-Latin influences, synthwave and the darker side of disco which we can hear on releases via Pipe & Pochet, Discos Tabu and Klassified. 

‘Intergalactic Tango’ instantly teleports you to a dreamy destination with use of Mâhfoud’s exotic synth work and Moroccan sounding organ chords. Jade’s sensual vocals encourage you to keep exploring the sonic landscape of this daytime lounge record. Perfect for the warmer days and nights ahead. 

The package comes with two fantastic remixes, the first from Parisian duo Chambord, who take a bit more of a deeper approach to the track and creates an ethereal atmosphere. The gentle arp keeps the rhythm moving and pairs perfectly with the stripped back percussion.

The second from Pandhora who take the original on a more dancefloor focused approach. There is a distinct contrast between the deep / groovy bassline and the smoother, almost jazzy chord progression. Replacing the organ chords with funk guitar strums adds a subtle French flare to their edit.  The trio unleash a heavenly sound together. A unique release with deep squelchy bass combined with a striped back groove for a Latin-infused masterclass.

Born and bred in Buenos Aires, Santiago Garcia has previously appeared on Human By Default as well as Innervisions, Warung Recordings, and Moblack. Returning to Bedouin’s label for the first time since the collaborative ‘Bay Of Skaill’ with the label bosses in 2020, the Argentinian drops a two-track EP featuring one original production and a collaboration with UNDERHER, an artist who has previously worked with Moby, Booka Shade, and Maya Jane Coles amongst others.

On the title cut ‘Nanana’, Santiago Garcia combines driving percussion, soaring pads, and spine-tingling build-ups for a propulsive opening track. Teaming up for the first time, the duo deliver plodding, downtempo drums and emotive vocals on ‘Still Can’t Find You’, resulting in a well-balanced and musically thrilling two-tracker.

2020 has been a rough year for many; this doesn’t mean 2021 has to start in the same fashion. We are excited to announce that this January @nazcarecords presents a throwback to their 14th release, "Signals" EP by Thimble. What makes it different? Each track of this record is a remix signed by three exceptional Spanish artists: @animal-picnic, @memo_official and Clemente.

This next release has at its core the value of unity and closure within the community. The Viracochas, beings of a different world and the Nazcas, lovers of art, beauty and nature have inspired Los Suruba, fathers of this label to look into their musical community, share the values of our characters with national artists, and bring light upon their creations. The Nazcas and Viracochas have taught us that there is no future without collaboration and passion, and, this new release reveals to us just that. 

The entire E.P. has intense grooves, solid drums, great melodies, ethnic notes and percussive work-outs. Animal Picnic´s remix starts in a very promising way with uplifting crescendo melodies and soft vocals. M.E.M.O. steps in with tones that are more bizarre where sophisticated synths mix with bells and percussions. Last but not least, Clemente rethinks Thimble´s track more progressively and throws in a very discrete sexy male vocal.
