I like this but it goes for super-simple and beautiful to a lot going on -- maybe good to have taken more time to establish the new rhythm and build up to all the parts?

OK -- sorry if I'm nitpicking on something stupid here -- but the title is Decay -- but the piece kind of does the opposite -- it grows and fills out.  So my comment more about the title than the music -- sorry :).   That being said I enjoyed this very much!

One Synth Challenge #118: Elek7ro & Noisemaker by Togu Audio Line (TAL)

Kind of fascinated by this free library (VCSO2). Like...does this sound good? I kinda like it a lot for some reason. Super light on the CPU, going with Sforzando.
Most inspiring and brilliant is that they are bone-dry, making pitch-bending almost acceptable, I find! ☺

Made entirely with Versilian's free VCSL library using Sforzando(VST) in MuLab(DAW) on a $100 beelink miniPC. Not even a hick-up. Sometimes this world holds beautiful surprises!

Krit was a small boy, often feeling like he didn’t quite fit in.
Despite his achievements, there was always a quiet voice telling him, 
"You don’t belong". 
He told himself it was normal, part of growing up. But it never went away. 
Then one night, he had a dream.

🌅 Act 1: The Dream
He ran through wide, golden fields, feeling light and free. For the first time in a long time, he didn’t have to think, everything just felt right.

🌑 Act 2: The Nightmare
Suddenly, the world grew still. The fields shrank, and a shadow appeared in front of him.
"You don’t belong."
The air thickened. He couldn’t move, and the doubt that always lingered felt overwhelming.
"You are nothing."

⚔️ Act 3: The Ascent
A shift. Krit started to move. Slowly at first, then faster. The shadow loomed, but he kept going. The doubt didn’t disappear, but it no longer held him back.

🌟 Act 4: The Awakening
He pushed forward, the weight lifting with each step. The shadow faded, and with it, the doubt.
Krit didn’t stop. He had awakened, and nothing would hold him back again.

Very happy with this one. It's more or less finished - I'll probably add some discreet effects and rhythm elements before posting my submission to KVR. I won't do that prematurely this month - last month I posted three tracks before I was happy :)
