Hi. So showing trust to someone without fully knowing them or hearing about their reliability leaves us feeling a little bit vulnerable because trust sometimes comes with knowledge . 

Same applies with our lovely Father Yahweh, He has told us about himself through his word , the bible says God' is FAITHFUL, SLOW TO ANGER,  MERCIFUL AND FULL OF UNFAILING LOVE. 

OUR TRUST IN THE LORD WILL IMPROVE THE MORE WE KNOW WHO EXACTLY HE IS AS A PERSON. 

One of my favorite scriptures that shows how life will bring you to the ground if you live by self-trust and then teach you that man survives when he trusts God is ; 

Yes, we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves but in God who raises the dead,

2 Corinthians 1:9

Jesus reminds us of this when He tells us not to worry about the daily things we need ( not that we shouldn't look for them but that we shouldn't worry ) because when you trust GOD for these you will have everything you NEED.  

The Night before he was killed He said :  

 “Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me. 
 
John 14:1

So you see my friends that life is meant to be lived by Trusting in God both for Complete righteousness which came from the cross as well as for our needs for advancing his kingdom effeciently.


In the Old testament, the wisdom was given here ; 

Trust in the lord with all your heart;     do not depend on your own understanding.
 
Proverbs 3:5

This means seeking His will in all we do so that he can show us which path to take always. 


Once again ; 

 Trust in the lord and do good.  Then you will live safely in the land and prosper. 
Psalms 37:3

Remember Faith/Trust Comes by Knowledge and this Knowledge is from The Scriptures in the Bible.

Trusting in God doesn't just mean expecting him to do something which you see as favorable in your sight. However trusting God means Trusting in his Character and knowing that he will do exactly what He says in the scriptures whether or not it seems favourable in our sight as long as it is God working things out, it is definitely for our Good.

 a savage like Mathew, a savage like Moses , like David and  the apostle Paul. 

 A) Mathew was a tax Collector, which meant he was working for the Romans to suppress the Jews his own people. Sick Savage.

B) Moses killed a man and ran away, he killed for the right reason though. Moses couldn't speak fluently,  yet look who God used the most and who wrote the great words of God in the First Five books of the Bible. Sick Savage.

C) David, the last born, looked down on by everyone, yet look who killed Goliath, look who was the first born of Kings and  whose lineage of kings the Messiah Jesus came. He left us the book of Psalms, the longest and most quoted I guess.

D) Paul The Apostle was against Christianity, he hated it with passion , see for your self how God used him mightily. God used him to spread the gospel to the entire Earth. God wrote more books through paul than any other person. Savage of all Savages. 


I hope you can clearly see that God picked these individuals, gave them life  and accomplished Great things through them. 

Next time you encounter a Savage, a gangsta in your life, do not forget to share the Gospel with them if God grants you chance. Trust me God can do a lot more with what we consider to be small or sinful. 


Lesson : God can do great and mighty things with the least expected individual in your environment, SHARE THE GOSPEL.
