Tronden is an electronics and breakbeat jazz duo who live and breathe at the blurred edges and muddy intersections of genres and sounds. Tronden’s vibrant live performances take audiences on energetic and experimental journeys, fitting murky club cellars and daylight jazz bars alike. The duo is made up of the producer and composer Espirit and his drummer-friend and collaborator Ott Ilves. In 2021, Tronden self-released the three-track Tronden EP, which fuses warm and dub-driven electronic synths with dynamic and dance-floor inspired acoustic beats.
