We welcome back Italian groove ambassador Pagano to Tronic for a remix EP. His recent 'Panta Rhei' track was supported by many of the big players, so we decided to remaster the original, and recruit Tronic's head honcho Christian Smith and New York City's Agent Orange for remix duties! Christian Smith delivered a driving remix that is very energetic and geared more towards the underground floors. Agent Orange's remix is stomping and implementing more of the original structure while adding his signature groove!

Alan Fitzpatrick's We Are The Brave imprint present their final release of 2022, an industrial-edged techno EP from Ignacio Arfeli. 

The Argentinian artist is known for his past releases on Respekt, Octopus, Codex as well as Dense & Pika's Kneaded Pains. Following the success of his label debut in 2020, Ignacio returns to We Are the Brave with 'Mystery EP', a peak time four-tracker which merges the artist's trademark style with hypnotic synths and brutal percussion. 

"Mystery" opens the release with its rave percussion and Detroit-style synth stabs, before moving onto the fast-paced rhythms and ambient breakdowns of "Town House". "Activation" follows with its suspense building, hard-hitting vibe. The EP closes with "Violent People (Outro Mix)" an ambient cut with dystopian vibes and sci-fi atmosphere.

We are excited to present you a new single from Italian artist, Pagano! He delivered three peak time bombs all of which have different styles, but still have his unmistakable sound. 'Scoop' the main track of this EP features the same organ sound heard on many house anthems, but worked in a cool and fun techno way! In addition, 'Zelig' and 'Dichotomy' are two signature Pagano-style tracks that focus on strong grooves and stabs!

UK based Italian Pagano has a pretty serious CV. Playing a blend of House and Techno with his own reworks of classics, Pagano has crafted a solid niche for himself.

Through the years he has collected under his belt a series of high profile DJ residencies including London’s club EGG and the legendary TRADE and has DJed at some of the most renown venues worldwide such as Amnesia, Space Ibiza, Privilege, Ministry Of Sound, Fabric, Stereo, The Brooklyn Mirage, Space (Miami), Razzmatazz, Fuse, Kitkat, Paradiso, Westerunie. This led him to share DJ booths with Nicole Moudaber, Nina Kraviz, Boris from Berghain, Christian Smith, Monika Kruse, Mark Knight, Chus & Ceballos, Kaiserdisco, Coyu, Dennis Ferrer, Horse Meat Disco, David Penn, Joey Negro, Satoshi Tomiie and many others.

As a producer, Pagano has released on many labels worldwide: TOOLROOM, TRONIC, 1605, NERVOUS, DEEPERFECT, UNITY, BITTEN, STEREO / IBERICAN, PACHA, MINISTRY OF SOUND and others. In 2015 Pagano launched his own independent label KISM Recordings. During his career he has produced official remixes of tracks from Yoko Ono (aka ONO), Danny Tenaglia, Billie Ray Martin, Mauro Picotto, Robin S, De'lacy, Kathy Brown and others. 

His productions have been supported during their DJ sets or Radio Shows by a variety of DJs including CARL COX, ADAM BEYER, UMEK, DANNY TENAGLIA, NICOLE MOUDABER, PACO OSUNA, MARK KNIGHT, CHUS & CEBALLOS, ROGER SANCHEZ, SKREAM, TENSNAKE, FORMAT:B, TIESTO, PAUL VAN DYK, DAVID GUETTA, BOB SINCLAR and many others. They've reached the Top 10 of dance charts in UK, USA, Germany, Italy including Billboard, DMC, Buzz charts, Cool Cuts and have been played in dance music programmes of many radios including BBC Radio 1 and KISS FM. Tronic is one of the most established and longest-running techno labels in the world. Founded in 1994 by Christian Smith while he was attending University, the label now has over 430 releases under its belt. Christian and his team have paved the way for many artists including ANNA, Dosem, Wehbba, and more recently Drunken Kong. Tronic's main philosophy is simple: nonpurist, honest, house and techno. The label has released countless of artist albums and is regularly supported by the top players in the industry. Some outstanding releases have been Christian Smith's remixes of Carl Craig's seminal 'At Les" song, which has become one of the biggest vinyl sales releases of the past decade. Other notable releases and remixes came from Laurent Garnier, and Underworld. The weekly Tronic Radio show is being syndicated on over 120 stations worldwide and has had over 500 shows. With regards to events, Tronic has had a successful 15-week season in Ibiza at the 3000-capacity Eden super club, while also hosting arenas at established festivals, and doing over 100+ club events worldwide from Tokyo to London, Sao Paulo, and Detroit.
