Heimlich Musik’s (@heimlichaufsc)tenth release is a direct output from “@Tulioxi”, which has been mastered over time during his live performances using a broad range of analogue equipment. 

This four-track EP has received special treatment from three dark disco advocates: Local suicide, Undo, and Ombra international label boss Curses(@cursesforever). Each of them integrating their signature sounds to the originals. 

We are happy to premiere “Curses” remix of the original track “The downside of being an asshole” and once again he has shown his love for blending rock & roll with the darker side of disco and turning the vocals into ghostly whispers.

Javi Redondo has been a massive influence on me since I first discovered him in 2013. His track “Lonely” from Treasure Hunting Vol:2 and his remix of “Night-Stalker” on Factory City Records Struck a chord like nothing else at the time.  One of the first artist to feature on Correspondant way back when It is my opinion that Javi was instrumental in the development of the music scene we love. As an artist, Javi continued to go from strength to strength. His new Ep on Dischi Autunno & single “Mark 211” released with Motordiscs are a testament to this fact!  It is with great honour I introduce Hostage Radio vol: 42 featuring Javi Redondo.

Attendances, class 87, born in Ancona, a small town in the east coast of Italy, is an Italian DJ and producer influenced by many different kinds of music, specially Progressive, Trance, New Wave, Electrobeat, EBM, Industrial, Letfield, Techno, Indie Dance, Dark Disco, and Electronic. He begins DJing almost as a game and from this experience he started attending and then working as a DJ in clubs and social centers such as the Thermos and Kontatto.

During his time spent at the university, he began a phase of dedicating himself to the study of different softwares for the creation of sound; producing, at the same time, songs intended to work as a photograph of the soul with the passing of time. After several years of work, in 2014 he started the project called "Attendances" and launched his podcast series “Retrofuture". He also started to release some tracks on different labels such as PlayPal, Maleante, Esthétique and Emerald & Doreen.

In 2015, he became part of REDD crew (Raval Electronic Dance Department), a well-known party reality in Ancona, and in 2018 he joined the Italian-Spanish crew called Carajillo Electronique, playing in different clubs and festivals in Italy, Spain and other countries such as: BE ONE’S club - Arezzo (IT), Torrione Club - Città di Castello (IT), 25 April REDD BBQ - Ancona (IT), Camping Electronique Festival - Caprese Michelangelo (IT), Freedonia Club - Barcelona (ES), Umami Club - Manresa (ES), Sideral Club - Barcelona (ES), Slow Club - Barcelona (ES), El Casal - Valencia (ES) and ÖND 3rd Birthday at UBU in Rennes (FR), just to name a few.
