Pedro Guedes also known as Guaraci, is a cosmic traveler who navigates between the lines of space and time.
Recovering and blending cultural elements of our history, he tries to stimulate feelings that connect our subjective being with our essential origin.
Multitasking: DJ, music producer, tattoo artist, digital artist. Guedes, who is only 24 years old, is an artist based in São Paulo and also leads the Brazilian parties 'Caixa Esquerda' and 'Bicudinhos no Lounge', in addition to being currently immersed in the musical curatorship of the newly born netlabel SENSO. In musical production, Guedes uses Guaraci as a pseudonym, where he gives artistic life to a project with a strong sense of cultural and ethnic identity, which possibly can also contribute to and feed his other artistic facets.
Feeling is being, the moment is a sensation, living in sensitivity, this is the organic movement of existence.

I decided to show the entire experience a live act could give, including a lot of mistakes (which I love about live music).
This is not a live SET, this is a live ACT, using midi, vst and loops, not a single whole track was used during this session.

PS: I made a surprise dj set on sunday the same weekend and stage. It was so secret that it is not recorded.

For this episode, we are delighted to present you an original mix created for us by that extraordinary producer known as El Búho. His ability to blend natural tones and traditional South American motifs with electronic beat grew along the past 9 years and is now renowned. The resulting music creates magical soundscapes, it feels like having a night walk in a forest, the air is filled with the buzz of the creatures swarming around, fireflies sparkle in the dark. Although El Búho’s acoustics are painted in vivid colours, this mix is inspired by Winter. It all begun on a cloudy day in one of those “hobbit-esque” villages in Northern England. You can imagine him sitting by the window, watching the clouds being pushed on by the wind, while the fire burns slow in the stove. There, the artist found inspiration and recorded many of the impressions that we can now listen to on this beautiful mix. The rain tapping on the ground, jackdaws cawing, crunchy leaves being caressed by the wind… Those organic sounds, so familiar and yet so ethereal, they free your mind and might let you fly to imaginary locations. They're able to evoke bygone memories or make us dream of new places to explore. From there, the mix develops along the Winter and welcomes the upcoming Spring. So now open your heart, feel this delicate sound touching it and unleash your imagination to let your mind travel to your own peaceful place.

Lagartijeando Live set 2018 @Fusion Festival - Salon de Baile

This is the recording of my live set at @ShikaShikacollective 's London Showcase alongside History of Colour and @dj-Yeahman, it was a sweet night full of colourful tunes ❤

Despite the electricity in the club cut half way through my set for a couple of minutes I managed to go back and fix the recording pretty easily so here it is!
Over an hour of a live, semi improvised performance where I resample old tracks of mine creating new live versions and occasionally jam with my synthesiser.

I discovered this mix over along period of time. Digging, searching and dreaming of a selection that creates a special mood.. that switches around.. to surprise myself with all the facets of music and its strangeness.
I saw the mix become another in the morning and changed in the evening... i got afraid of a neverending story… so i finished it in the afternoon.

Chöka Aba! How to describe somebody who is not fitting in a frame....? No need to do so, otherways this is the frame. We love his uniqueness to do stuff wich is like one of a kind... Totally happy to have one of his creations on our platform. Thank you for this Jens!!

"I prepared the playlist for this mix for some time and put it finally in form on a remote beach in a Thailand National Park. I liked to create something chilled & uplifting; sending out sunny & a bit tripped out vibes catching the groove.. The motto for this could be the song line of the first track „Schneid ein Stück aus der Zeit, näh daraus dir dir ein Kleid, mach es groß mach es weit“ „ cut a piece out of time, sew yourself a dress out of it, make it great and wide“.
