Troubled Child - Roadrunner Radio Edit

Troubled Child are a musical production duo formed in 2013, 
Comprised of JSKA and Troubled Redway.
 
Being born in the sound system culture of his native Jamaica, Troubled Redway always had a love of music in his backbone and carried this throughout his life whilst working on various musical productions and collaborations over the years.

It was in 2013 whilst both working seemingly dead-end jobs in the same building JSKA and Redway struck up a friendship, where they both realised they had a passion for Dance music; something which JSKA liked to create in spare time. 
Not long after, they began sharing ideas, sounds and meeting for production sessions at Redway’s apartment in London; which housed a small studio for their needs.

Together they produced a number of tracks, however, JSKA and Redway had different styles. Redway's was the more raw, gritty, in your face – "in your mind" sound (as he puts it); whereas JSKA was the more subtle, experimental, "never wanting to re-use a sound" type.

They decided to record an album that would be the synergy of both their musical directions – <Title TBC>
The lead track and first to be completed off the album was RoadRunner, which JSKA and Redway worked extensively on in 2014.

The duo took a hiatus from the project in late 2014 to pursue separate ways and projects. 

Both reconnected in November 2015 and picked up where they left off.

Troubled Child is destined for big things – watch this space folks!!

RoadRunner is due for release in 2016.
