This album is an autobiographical beat tape. Each track attempts to capture the feeling of the word associated with its title. As a primarily visual artist, this album is like a sonic sketchbook. To capture the essence of early 90's beat tapes, I focused on simple loops and drum breaks.

The tidy little San Franciso imprint, Dream Chimney, hosts a charming collection of lo fi fusion cuts from Parisian artist, Sim Fossil.

Entitled ‘Tidal Figures’, the EP spreads out across 4 original tracks with remixes by Balearic luminary Max Essa and Project Sandro. This EP showcases Sim Fossil's deft ability to weave a sound that is both nostalgic and forward-thinking, electronic yet gently fluid. It’s a deep dive into synth heavy melodies, hazy cosmic clouds, and echoing basslines.

An edit of a dub cover of an old school rap version of a disco classic! I've extended the intro to the vocal version and combined it with the instrumental for Part 1. Part 2 is an edit of the vocal and instrumental versions of Rocker's Choice", the even dubbier flipside of Xanadu and Sweet Lady's "Disco 45". 

Finally got around to replacing the MP3 of this one with a WAV.
