The translation of “Et tu, Brute?” from Latin is “Even you, Brutus?”. It was uttered by Julius Caesar in Shakespeare's Julius Caesar play. And those were Caesar's last words to his friend, Brutus, who was among the group that assassinated Caesar. He spoke the words because he was sad his friend had betrayed him.

Whether he actually said those words or not is widely debated. It is all simply a rumor...
