Hey, spoiler alert! Louie sucks! A lot!
(louie is the short tenna brother, lando is the tall one)

he has no "origin story" other than streaming services making him irrelevant
i was originally intending to give him some sob story but it felt more fitting that since he's a literal monster who kidnapped mike and forced him to work for N.Tenna studios after mike angered the mob (the mob that louie is the don of), that instead of having some sad backstory or a character arc... he would just be horrible.

mike's design will get revealed inevitably but he's not incredibly important in this take other than being the subject of louie's evil throughout the chapter.
