After five years spent roaming every possible and conceivable party, Benedetta & Romain came across an article in a magazine, while taking a sunbath.

The topic was about an upgraded pizza truck turned into an on-wheels shop, now travelling through the Spanish coast and selling hippie-like pages with country music playing in the background. That’s the breaking point: the Camion Bazar concept is born.

It’s a slightly crazy project that was born in 2013, when Romain Play, seasoned musician and Benedetta, innumerable facets artist met together. They both participate with other crews to the parisian nightlife renewal which has since been reliving the beautiful days. The project wants to shake the nightlife, to implant caring & share ideologies and to create eclectic and borderless sets. 6 years later and after hundreds parties, kilometers, coties and countries, Camion Bazar is doing wonderfully ! The project is now a proper stage on emblematic festivals like Pete The Monkey, Macki Music Festival, Solidays, Château Perché and also in best underground parties. They’ve now have played in famous fastivals such as Nuits Sonores or Scopitone, launched their new club residency called “In Bed With Camion Bazar” in Le Sucre, La Station, Rex Club. They’ve also recorded an insane Boiler Room, launched their own label “Jaki Records”, opened their parisian night bar and still working on a new EP and their side-project Namaste Bazar…

Life Recorder has been travelling since the mid nineties through the various types of house and techno that is strongly influenced by Detroit & Chicago music. Originally known as Kriss Kortz where he was born and raised in Geneva's suburbs, he is now based in Marseille, south of France. He started to hook up with the turntables and vinyl around the mid nineties with music production in 2005. 

With his first release in 2006 with French label, 'Code 316 Recordings', he has since drastically progressed and in the past couple of years has shown a new and matured introspective phase. This has given birth to new releases on quality vinyl labels such as Miles Sagnia's 'Atmospheric Existence' in the UK and on the acclaimed 'No Look Back' EP on Keith Worthy's Aesthetic Audio imprint in Detroit, 2012. In 2013 he had the opportunity to show more of a deep house face by remixing Future Vision's 'Trinidadian Deep' for the new US deep house label, Plastik People Recodings.

Forthcoming releases in 2014 are coming on Bokhari Records, Appian Sounds, Argumento and more ...
