DJ Troy Halloween DnB Mix for Tiptoe Lingo

Troy has been a DJ since he was 13,  when he used his birthday money to purchase a realistic mixer that had no crossfader, only switches and two second hand (odd) turntables, one without a pitch control.  He quickly taught himself to mix on this ramshackle of  a setup and bought as much vinyl as his pocket money and Sunday job would allow.  In those days it was Hardcore he was buying, with his favourite labels being Moving shadow, Kemet, house productions and reinforced records.  He'd spend every Saturday with his mates doing the rounds of all the record stores in London, buying records and collecting fliers.  He quickly built a name for himself as a very young and upcoming star.  At the age of 15, he had earned a place on a legal radio station with his partner in crime MC Kendo, surronded by much older, more experienced DJ's,  but never the less, there's was by far the most popular show of every weekend.  Subsequent bookings and radio stations followed and over the next 4 years Troy and Kendo were tearing up jungle dances all over London.  They dabbled in Garage as well and enjoyed the different vibe that came with that scene, but their first love was always jungle.

After a hiatus, Troy is back and has slowed the tempo of his chosen music policy, now opting for the cross genre platform of House+Garage+Bass, but still plays drum and bass, jungle, Hardcore, oldskool garage, depending on the chosen party he's booked for.

Recently he has teamed up with a group of long time friends to form a new promotion "TipToe Lingo".  TTL aims to put the smile back into raving, just like the good old days.  Look out for their up coming parties via facebook and twitter.
