Get Gold is influenced by 90s hip hop. Written and recorded in 2 sessions. With  some spoken word influence in verse 2.The 1st verse came easy as to my birth father. As my way of saying to him what I've always wanted to.The 2nd mostly to my teenage daughter as sort of a memoir. Then about 6 months later, the 3rd. Due to some personal struggles, I sat on the 3rd verse for awhile. My producer, Bryan C from Prince Skye Blue saw my struggles weighing on me so gave me more studio time. I had hardened by then. Obvious changes are My rap being harder and The recording area changed. He set me up in somebody's open living room in the heat of summer with no sound proofing. It remains though for its message, Im bout to get gold, and in front of my haters. Hopefully the music video comes soon. There is a dance sequence that will lighten the mood.
