On the Rise

True Soul is a duo from the Eastrand made up of Truth a street disciple from Daveyton and Mak'zol also affectionetly known as Papa Koli to his two children hailing from Vosloorus. 

Both these equally talented rappers hail from Future History Band and have been writing and performing songs together for over 7 years and this is evident through their gripping real life raps which they call Grootman Rap (Grown man Rap).

True Soul has spent the past 2 years working on their debut album which reflects the lives of Truth and Mak sharing their personal thoughts, challenges and aspirations. 

True Soul recently released a promotional debut song which is a sneak peak of both the lives of the duo titled On the Rise.

 On the Rise is also a representation of the lyrical intensity that the world should expect to hear from True Soul 

. They were also fortunate to record a song with the legendary Nkuli Flabba Habedi who had a firm believe in the strength of this Eastrand duo
