But what about the softer melodies and love themes that tend to go unnoticed in favor of the more catchy and striking tunes?  That’s what I tried to focus on with this mix, not good with people.

Romantic...but just not right.
Sweet...but slightly sinister.

There is no genre of film score better at this style of music than the French & Italian suspense and horror films of the ‘60s and ‘70s.  The tracks I selected here are either from that era, or were in some way inspired by it.  All tracks are also straight from vinyl to cassette.
