Snow Angels

My dear friend, Patrick Johnson, wrote the lyrics to this about the firefighters who gave their lives on 911.  343 firefighters lost their lives that day.  Patrick brought Russ Roberts from Nashville, TN and me together to write the music for his lyrics.  This is the demo recording made by my band, Blue Handed Moon Dancers.  Musicians are True Turner (keyboards), LaDonna Goetz (Guitar and Bass), Nick Martin (Percussion), Emily Greenfield (Vocals)

The Brave 343

This is a song from my "Alien Blue The Musical" project.  The singer is Maxine Sands and it was recorded at Sugar Hill Studios in Houston, TX.  I'm using a Prophet 5 for the keyboards.

08 What If I'm Right

I used a Hammond B3 on this one.  This was my "nod" to two of my biggest influences, Keith Emerson and the band "Yes".  Again, Maxine Sands on vocals and this song is from Alien Blue The Musical.  This song was recorded at Sugar Hill Studios in Houston, Texas and Andy Bradly was the engineer on all the Alien Blue sessions at Sugar Hill.

10 The Challenge

Another recording from the original Alien Blue The Musical sessions.  This one may not make it into the final version of the musical.  Again, Maxine Sands shows off her 5 octave range on this one.  I used a Steinway 9' Grand Piano and the Prophet 5.  This was recorded at ACA Recording Studios in Houston, Texas.
