Mike's single note repetition set the stage for "Hætta Að Anda", Jussi jumping in on guitar right away, and in no time it was written.

The band found a disused warehouse and the 8 of them got together and got it recorded the same week, leaving it as they found it, just the band stickers evidence they had been there.
