O2 williams is a songwriter as well as artist manger from Asbury Park New Jersey. O2' has been taking on the last 3 years building his musical Empire from ground up working with artist across the globe.  O2 is the founder of Culture X Project a Musical platform allowing artist to be seen. Williams musical journey started as a young kid in the musician corner at his child hood church back home. He begin playing Organ and Keyboard as his first instrument soon he was leading the children's choir and before you know it he was playing with some of music's biggest names. 

Williams has placed credits on Brandy 2 Eleven album working along side with industry leading songwriter Sean Garrett back in 2012. He also worked with artist like Esther Dean, Enrique Iglesias, Sean Kingston and Reign.
