Ticking all the boxes for the Sprechen requirements of 'off kilter-mutant-cosmic-disco not disco' style electronic music come this absolute slam dunker from the roarsome Elliott Lion (see what we did there?) which is packing 3 tracks of absolute thumping & pumping yessmate action.

Together Free (Disco) is absolute killer! Like the tougher sibling of a lost Lindstrøm track, this thunders out the blocks with a hooky as heck melody that never lets up & grabs you by the cosmic collar and take you into space whilst also keeping one foot firmly in the murky basements. Proper end of night power puncher!

Title track The Creeps is a big slice of throbbing intergalactic disco tinged mega-ness that punches & kicks like a mule from the get go. Crazy hypnotising with a breakdown thats sounds like The Orb double dropped. This is an absolute power packing hefty hitter of a track.

Parrot closes off this outing and still rides the cosmic train but firmly travels the murky rout of the underground with elements of Belgium Nu-beat hitching a ride. A real peak time 'lose your shit' style pumper for fans of Rex The Dog style shenanigans!

Austrian imprint @LuvShackRecords starts a new chapter in 2018 by welcoming Irish House and Techno afficionado and Misfit resident Andrew Johnston AKA @Moodtrax with his own-brand of super warm, brooding sounds to their stable. Featuring 3 originals and a remix by Berliner duo Longhair.

'Running Number' starts as a no-nonsense house track, carried by a beefy unisono bassline and a 16th note heavy drum pattern, yet it trancsends into 80s territory with the help of a deeply emotional chord progression that might just make you forget you're in a club. Longhair dig deep into that chord progression and build a melody and synth-bell infused italo-house track around it that should make this years festival crowd weep and rejoice alike.

Spanish producer @jamesrod is an artist who has built up a fantastic discography and the following to go with it over the last few years. A prolific producer he is equally as well renowned for the stunning quality of this work.

This place was strange, out of the ordinary and out of the norm. A mystery world in which wild things roamed and danced beneath the stars. They'd always said that there was life in outer space, we just simply couldn't fathom that it might look as different asthis. Upon the sandy dunes, mythical creatures waved and pranced with chaotic disregard and a luxurious lust for life which we simply didn't have back on earth. Watching from the spaceship he dreamed that one day he might join them for his home felt not so beautiful now. 

Brian Ring is set to release a new EP on Clutching At Straws, a club focussed EP with precision and purpose. It's bound for the dancefloor and into a mystery world we go.

Her eyes were fixated upon the distance, it were as if her whole face had been cast in stone and would not flinch. She was modest yet pointed and purposeful, looking outwards upon the water towards the horizon where the clouds met with the ocean far away. She was not phased by the passing boats or the wild wind which roared all around her for she knew that one day all of this would be gone, replaced by a bittersweet memory of something else. This was her demure. 

Julian Bainbridge is set to release a new EP on Sounds Over Seas, this track taken from the forthcoming EP is a beautiful cosmic voyage through the unknown. Wonderful arpeggios are paired with deep, moody pads in what is a beautiful realisation.

Title track Altered Beats is one of the most unique things we've ever heard, pumping, broken beat, acid rave style vibes leads into a monster chug drop with insane synth work throughout.

Future Express retains the uniqueness and goes straight in for the italo/cosmic vibe with a stunning breakdown that is straight out of Streets Of Rage but with added whallop & thud...this has got to be heard to be believed.

Timothy Clerking teams up with Massey to deliver a warp factor peak time acid slammer rework of Altered Beats whilst Karl's fellow country men Rolf Royce & Oddvar Bråk tackle Future Express and drizzle it in that cool unique Norwegian charm with the result being an almost hi-nrg Norwegian Disco makeover...mega!
