'Tru' the new project by Sara Tamim began when she decided to embark on a journey full of new sounds created electronically. These sounds seemed to "fill a void" in which she had felt in writing music acoustically.

"I became complacent in the way that i was creating to the point where it didn't feel like art anymore"

Sara began songwriting and picked up singing and guitar at a very young age but is now excited about the next chapter that is to come through experimentally creating music under a different name and with a new haunting and mature ambience to her tracks.
