Welcome Otologic to BSRMIX 109!

Not sure why it’s taken this long to have the lordz Otologic (Tom Moore / Nick Murray) join the mix series but it's definitely been worth the wait. We were lucky to have the two chaps of Animals Dancing / Mercat fame play at the 10 Years of Butter Sessions party at Sub Club, Melbourne on 23 April 2021, this is the recording.

Bouncing from dark acid to chicago house to dubwise vibes and a whole lot more, the set is reminiscent of their legendary marathon DJ sessions at the equally legendary Mercat basement but condensed into 3 hours. Enjoy!

This a one hour a nineteen minutes mix of power energy house and bangers for the dance floor. Quick mixes, stomping beats, percussions and a lots of elements coming in and out at a rapid pace.
No excuse, just straight to the point. Keeping the energy and groove all the way!

This mix was recorded live at Pitch Music and Arts Festival 2020 Victoria , Australia - just before pandemic hit , 3pm on a hot afternoon , really big crowd. And for sure the crowd was happy and had a good dance!

A keen digger, C.K has a never-ending desire to find new music (and old) for his DJ sets. Whether performing solo or back-to-back, C.K is known to represent the relaxed but recognisable sound of all the labels and artists surrounding the Safe crew – usually with a nod a bit more towards the euphoric soundscapes of Dream House, with bouncy basslines and luscious melodies.
