Taken from the title from one of my all time faves by Sonya spence and Inspired by a documentary I saw the other day on UK TV - it ignited some fond memories for me and sent me digging through my vinyl and putting this selection together. I love all forms of Soul music, Crossover, Modern, Northern, Southern. Neo and basically any other Genre it falls under. It's all just simply soul music to me. Anyway this is a selection of tunes that I never get tired of playing. I do hope you enjoy it.

Sarakiniko Beach, Milos.  If you’re the type of person that would love to go to the moon but don’t have patience to become an astronaut, then Sarakiniko is the beach for you. The beach was formed by volcanic rocks which gives it that moon-like feel, with natural plunge pools and Salvador Dalí esq. rock formations. The most unique beach I've truly visited and is the inspiration for my latest Different Oceans mix, Enjoy your trip to the moon.

Gabriel Badwan, 1/2 of the HMTW crew, has put together one beautiful dub-reggae-balearic infused hour packed full of obscure grooves, colourful moves and lovers jams.  

When Gabriel told us he needed a bit more time for this mix because "his local record store owner called him to let him know he's holding back some obscure records for him" we knew we were in for a treat... And oh boy is this a Christmas present worth unwrapping early... vamos!
