Pastaboys Feat. Osunlade - Deep Musique (Trus'Me Spritz Mix)

This October I fulfilled a boy hood dream, when I visited Ipanema Beach before my show in Rio De Janeiro. As I expected the beach was full with beautiful people, beach football& & music everywhere. I took this photo just shortly after several hours digging in the capital for records. This mix is a collection of finds from both Sao Paulo and Rio, there is records for days! The beach was formed by volcanic rocks which gives it that moon-like feel, with natural plunge pools and Salvador Dalí esq. rock formations. The most unique beach I've truly visited and is the inspiration for my latest Different Oceans mix, Enjoy your trip to the moon.

rus'me gets the remix treatment from Answer Code Request, Ben Sims & Pangaea. This is the first of two EPs featuring remixes of tracks from the Trus'me Planet 4 album. Answer Code Request takes Our Future into new territory with two outstanding mixes. Remix 1 moves things to a much more sinister & foreboding place. Tightening the feel & tension of the original with all the hallmarks of classic Berlin techno. Remix 2 winds up & coils the track into a searing workout of early 90's hardcore breakbeat. Ben Sims takes control of Ring Round Heart, pushing the tempo & creating a whole new urgency in the track. This is proper no nonsense heads down business & tight as you like. The mix builds excellently well & manages to produce an epic amount of feel and emotion, dropping in & out of the groove with a sneaky breakbeat & vocal dubs. Pangaea tackles one of the albums more esoteric tracks in The Unexplained. He manages to work a wonderfully intriguing steppers beat which drops from nowhere after the highly beguiling metronomic extended opening. The tracks are getting plenty of play & plaudits from likes of Ben UFO, DJ Deep, Bicep & Anthony Parasole.

First up is a heavyweight collaboration between Mr Scruff & Kaidi Tatham, who provide a smouldering jazz-house production with Kaidi leading the way on 
keys and flute accompanying a warm & chunky bottom-heavy groove. 

M.C.D.E drops a killer raw cut witha heavily smashed jackin’ disco workout comparable to a fine Cajual dub or early Striclty Rhyhtm release. The track oozes 
soul and is unpretentiously aimed at the dancefloor. Once again Danilo Plessow proves less is more. 

Andres completes the line up with a cheeky blend of some classic ingredients. Sounding like a track from his early releases, “Jack City” has all the essential 
hallmarks of the Andres sound with an excellently simple but purely effective fusion of house and hiphop ethics.
