2024 marks the year that I became my own best friend, and it took a lot of anger to get here. Anger at having my physical and energetic boundaries violated. Anger at having my generosity abused. Anger at being misunderstood and slandered. I’m not perfect; I’ve been on both sides.

Anger is inevitable, and how we choose to deal with feelings is what makes us responsible human beings (or not). I had to reach my boiling point before advocating for myself became instinct instead of ordeal. And then, an unexpected thing happened… as soon as I fully embraced the anger without judgment, I felt whole.

This mix is about transmuting negative energy into something beautiful and powerful. Happy BOXing day (get it? 🎁🚺) ladies, let’s make 2025 an epic year!
