Meaningful hip hop music crafted with sincerity, soul and authenticity…is one way you could describe the kind of hip hop music that Truth & TeK write and record.

Hailing from Reading Berkshire, ArkiteK & Truth B Told are two UK Hip Hop Artists and "brothers in Christ" who share a mutual love and passion for Hip Hop.

These two Independent rappers/producers first crossed paths in 2005 and quickly became close friends. After a series of collaboration efforts they decided to come together to create an original concept album entitled…The World Vs Your Soul.

"The concept of the album is based on our own personal experiences but deals with a central theme related to overcoming personal demons and obstacles in life on the pursuit to finding inner peace and fulfillment" - ArkiteK

The album has taken several years to complete, in which time both ArkiteK and Truth B Told have experienced their own share of ups and downs…

"It's a very honest and personal album but has songs which I think a lot people will be able to relate to because it expresses all types of feelings and emotions, highs and lows but ultimately it's about finding eternal hope in our everyday struggles" - ArkiteK

While you can find both Truth B Told and ArkiteK rapping on the album, Truth has taken the role of producing the beats, while TeK has recorded, mixed and mastered the album. However this album has not been just a two man collaborative effort as it also features some amazing vocals from Reading's most talented music artists including: ONE, Kay Lo-Rayne, Silqe, Shi-Loh, Godz Gift, Mariatu and the late Lesley Thompson (R.I.P).
