"Der Jungbrunnen" is our latest platform to feature the next generation of talented artists... 
Our next protagonist is @glitterboi from Darmstadt, Germany. He is an artist, graphic designer, club promoter, dj, one of the initiators of Cassiopeia Festival & an activist of the OHA-Osthang movement!

Zwischen flauschigen Wolken, orientalischem Samt und glitzernden Sektperlen: die musikalische Landschaft, die Glitterboi in den letzten Jahren bereist hat, reicht von Reggae und Hiphop über Disco bis in die düsteren Gefilde der elektronischen Welt. So ist er vom Acidsound des Nemesis Projekts (https://www.facebook.com/NMSSCLLCTV/), mit dem er vor drei Jahren gestartet ist, ebenso getrieben, wie von herzerwärmenden Klängen des Global Sounds. Zusammen mit @audiovsn und Mach Mal Langsam hat er vergangenes Jahr das Cassiopeia Festival für Entschleunigung am Darmstädter Osthang organisiert und war in Mainz, Wiesbaden sowie beim Kabinett der Kuriositäten in Frankfurt zu Gast. Seither passiert alles wie in Zeitlupe. Inspiration für seine Sets findet er vor allem auf Reisen. Nur eins darf nicht fehlen: ganz viel Glitzer.

From the fluffiest clouds, to oriental velvet and glimmering seccopearls: the musical landscapes Glitterboi has been wandering the last years are reaching from reggae and hiphop through disco down to the very sinister realms of the electronic world. as such he is being driven by both Nemesis Collective's acidsound, a project he started off with three years ago, and the heartwarming vibes of global sounds. Along with audiovsn and Mach Mal Langsam he initiated the Cassiopeia Festival for slowliness and flowarts at Darmstadt's Osthang. He was invited to play in Mainz, Wiesbaden and Kabinett der Kuriositäten in Frankfurt. Ever since everything is happening in slowmotion. As he's mainly inspired to his sets by his travels one thing is not to be missed out on: a lot of glitter.

Bis hoffentlich bald wieder hinter den Decks, denn au der Couch ein Set aufzunehmen ist nicht das selbe wie mit Menschen zu feiern und dann am Ende eine Erinnerung mit nach Hause zu nehmen. 
Aber ohne Musik geht es auch nicht, besonders nicht in dieser Zeit. 
Bis bald, bleibt gesund und passt aufeinander auf.

In der heutigen Folge zwitschert die Nachtigall mit den Gründerinnen der Initiative 'Kultur For President' Magdalena Augustin und Martina Nicolussi. 'Kultur for President' setzt sich aktiv gegen Diskriminierung und Entdemokratisierung in Wien ein. Neben Soliveranstaltungen sind sie besonders für Ihre Beteiligung an politischen Demonstrationen und Kampagnen bekannt. Und genau darüber wollen wir heute mehr erfahren.
Kann Kultur politisch sein? Wieso ist unser Versammlungsrecht so wichtig und wie können wir es nutzen? Was gibt es für bürokratische Hürden? Das alles erfahrt ihr in dieser Ausgabe des Nachtigall Podcast.

Das ist (k)eine Corona-Episode.

Wir haben uns mit Laurent Koepp von der Vienna Club Commission getroffen, um acht Monate nach dem ersten Lockdown – und dem damit verbundenen Anerkennen der COVID-Pandemie in Österreich – zu besprechen, wie es derzeit um die Clubkultur steht. 

Denn eines steht fest: Derzeit über Clubkultur zu sprechen und dabei nicht auf die aktuelle Situation einzugehen, hat wenig Mehrwert, auch wenn es vielleicht optimistischer klingt. 

In einer informativen Stunde spricht Koepp über die aktuellen Aufgaben und die Zukunft der Vienna Club Commission und das Verhältnis zur IG Club Kultur.

Weiters behandeln wir die aktuellen Notprogramme von Clubs wie Das Loft, das erste Covid-Konzept von der Grellen Forelle und das aktuelle Präventionskonzept von Das Werk und die (Un-)Vereinbarkeit von Politik und Clubkultur.
