The song is produced by Lhomon Education and dedicated to the pristine rivers of Bhutan. It highlights the environmental degradation of some of our rivers, due to rapid developmental activities and waste thrown into our river systems. 
This song is also a tribute to Bhutan's Monarchs, it's Leaders and people's farsighted environmental consciousness and a prayer for it to last forever. For some of us, life is not all honey and milk, neither is it hardships all the time. With time, everything changes and each of us have the power to change our own karma for a better tomorrow. We live in a blessed country that believes every living being is a potential Buddha, including the insignificant worm we unwittingly squash. And more so, when we have this precious human life.

We carry with us all the time, in the deepest recesses of our minds, the innate Buddha nature that we just need to awaken to, through our own efforts. Time and again, we have seen sublime teachers and ordinary beings, prove the potential of this power that lies within each of us. 

Life blesses us in different ways, because we suffer and struggle sometimes, it gives us great courage to live and appreciate every breathing moment of our lives. Here is a song I wrote many years ago. To never give up, no matter what, because all we have is this one brief life. And it is truly a blessing and a thing of beauty to be just simply breathing.

Like all Bhutanese, I remain a proud citizen of the glorious Drukyul - a country blessed by many sublime teachers, extraordinary Monarchs and gentle people. 

Growing up as a young boy, exposed and influenced by all kinds of information, made me look deeper into my own roots; to find out, what is it about my identity as a Bhutanese that made me feel special in a highly interconnected and a globalised world. 

In my opinion, amongst many of the reasons each of us have, for me it whittles down mainly to our values of 'Ley-Ju-Drey' and 'Tha-Damtshik', that have been passed on from generation to generation by our forbearers. Appreciating Karma, applying love and kindness in our daily lives and to remain steadfast in our commitment to a strong sense of responsibility to our collective wellbeing. Values that many of us hold close to our hearts, makes me feel immensely blessed to be born in Bhutan. 

As we evolve as a nation and society, I pray that peace, harmony and happiness prevail for all times. I released this song in 2008.
