Hi, My name is Dave. Im 25 Years old. I made this album when i Was 19 years old and too embarressed to show anyone. In the last 6 years, I've progressed as a producer, musician, person, and player. I attended college in Boston. Now am Located in Brooklyn NYC, Involved in producing people and writing for my band "THE BLUE PAGES". 

I wanted to take this trip back in time. Lets go to 2006 a year full of change in my life my first time in college. I played nothing but bass. After my first semester of college i came home and my world radically changed. This was even before the band i am in today called The Blue Pages. 

I was finally fully immersed into doing things myself. Programming electronics ect which i did a bit before at a younger age. 

This was my first ever attempt at my own album. PRE KNOWING ANYTHING about recording or making songs. My first time recording anything myself, playing everything myself and telling a story myself. 

It Shows that i was young and starting out. most of the songs are crap. But i wanted to allow you to listen. It's a trip in time to me, to keep me grounded and know that 5 years ago i made this thing song album. I dunno. I just feel like I never ended this chapter of my life. 

Now i am releasing to for you. It's great to feel that in 5 years from this album. I have toured the country 3 times. Played SXSW and CMJ, Was one of clearchannels artist to watch.

I sat and wrote these weird songs which have never seen the light of day. I Made this On my macbook pro using reason 4 and the computer mic. Some of the songs are not even finished.

This Album ORION AND MARS is about coming home from your first semester of college and trying to reconnect with your True love and Best friends. When you and your love both make a mistake and cheat, you then explore your feelings, agression, fear, hope,  to finally randomly run into someone new who you were always supposed to be with in the end.
