Argentinian DJ and Latin Grammy winner Tayhana’s sets are a collision of pulsing energy and fearless experimentation—seamless kaleidoscopes of mutant techno, cumbia turra, ballroom, and Brazilian batucada to fill minds and feet with the fires of resistance and celebration. They performed as part of a collaboration with cutting-edge Australian arts organization SOFT CENTRE which took over RSO.Berlin's Summer floor.

@brendainternational and @sncn-txt (CRRDR) come together on a new collaborative EP on @traaampaaa that showcases the depth and versatility of Latin electronic music, 'Hit & Run'.

Merging their individual sonic identities, the Colombian producers craft a release that feels both urgent and meticulously constructed, offering a dynamic exploration of rhythm and texture.

CDMX-based innovator Lyo XS provides this week's TANK Mix, a bass-heavy excursion through dubstep, touches of Latin club, and hard groove. The producer had the following to say about the inspiration behind the mix.

“I put together this set for one of my favorite parties in CDMX. Even though it wasn’t recorded live, it was designed as a closing set for Lapidación, an iconic party organized by fka phaedra — someone I’ve shared growth and experiences with over the years. I really admire their commitment to building safe, free, and joyful spaces in the city. This set carries that energy: an emotional and danceable journey that celebrates the night, connection, and the ongoing desire to build community through sound.”

TANK Mix: Lyo XS

Since I moved to Berlin, I've started looking at Spain with different eyes. I guess living in such a grey and restrained city has made me want to return — if only through music — to somewhere warmer and more open. In a way, it made me reconnect with a very specific part of my musical memory: the late 2000s house scene in Spain.

Lately, I’ve been digging, remembering, and rediscovering sounds that defined that era: tribal, minimal, electro… all with that unapologetic, hedonistic vibe, free of pretension. And now that we’re once again talking about crisis and recession, I find myself drawn to that moment right before 2008 — when there was still hope, and everything felt possible.

This set is a tribute to that time, but also a way to bring some color, warmth, and sexiness into Berlin’s darkness. Something a bit more Spain.
