I composed this orchestral piece inspired by the story of Ottoman admiral Ahmet Muhiddin Pasha (Piri Reis) who failed to reclaim Hormuz Island from Portugal, as illustrated in the book 'Piran'.

At the heart of the composition lies a recurring motif symbolizing the rhythmic beat of the ship's drum, guiding the rowers as they set sail into the stormy seas. This motif, introduced at the outset of the series, serves as the cornerstone of the piece, with variations woven seamlessly throughout, echoing the ebb-tide of the admiral's difficult journey before his execution.

the clicks of your typer, 
like a flutter of a butterfly, 
have turned into a scream at one end of the earth.
a muted teardrop dripped on the tone Ti.
the heart vibrating resonated silently in
in stormy fate by a tenuous harmony.
"longing", dad to a child, rang in the orphan's ears,
then reached out to the innocent dreams.
the tunes raised so but unanswered.
there was a Ti, you know, soaked...
lost its rhythm by burning. 
can't even arrive at its own mother.  
loneliness caught it too.
speechless ones seek pure moons in it 
in an erratic calmness 
with the mournings flooding into the cheeks
with the chillness of a teardrop.

Ahmet Muhiddin Pasha embarks on a daring quest to retrieve a manuscript rumored to hold the secrets of black magic, taught thousands years ago by fallen angels known as Hārūt wa-Mārūt to three magees. Against the orders of Sultan Suleiman, and despite the staggering losses of Ottoman galleys and soldiers under his command during the siege of the island of Hurmoz, he abruptly shifts his focus. Ignoring the daunting challenges, he leads his men towards the St. Mariam church, once a revered Poseidon temple on a Mediterranean island Lampedusa, where the elusive manuscript is said to be hidden.
