A classic so corny that is just perfect.  Well known and well loved for all the right reasons.  Remade in the 00's by Live Element under the title of Something About You, but first made famous by Exile back in 1978 - originally a Country Rock band with several albums (and still touring!) however this was their only crossover hit produced by Mike Chapman and Nicky Chin (who also penned many hits for Suzi Quatro, the Sweet, Mud & countless others).  

i worked from the original mix, extending it in parts and beefing up the eq for today's floors.  I have not had a dull moment when I've dropped this record.

Try not falling in love with this song all over again!  Enjoy!

10 Jahre war es still um Sänger Stephan Hendricks aka Frontmann von JELLY PLANET( Pirate Rec./ Sony Music), die Mitte des Milleniums als mit beste pychedelische Band nicht nur in Deutschland gefeiert wurde.
Produziert von Axel Kröll ( Quincy Jones Team, Grandmaster Flash, Curtis Mayfield) arbeitete die Band mit Grössen wie CAN oder Michael Mittermaier zusammen.

Jetzt ist er aus der Versenkung hervor gestiegen:

Stephan Hendricks: „Das Musikbusiness ist aus der Balance geraten. Zu viele Musiker und Produzenten werden wie Nutten behandelt oder finanziell an die Ketten der Majors gelegt. Bei dem Spiel wollte ich nicht mehr mitmachen....

So kam es in diesem Sommer zur Gründung von TUBE ELEKTRON zusammen mit seinem
Produzentenpartner und DJ Ben M. Wyneken und Percussionist Gunnar Nesterov (u. a. Dr. Alban).

TUBE ELEKTRON ist geballte Musikerfahrung aus verschiedensten Musik Genres, extrahiert
in pumpende beats und fluffige Arrangements aus vocals, guit, keys, garniert mit einer Priese Liebe zu analoger Chemie, die sich in der Nutzung von Mikrofonen niederschlägt, die man nur als Kunstobjekte bezeichnen kann, Einzelstücke, die aus dem know how einer ganzen Aera entstehen...

und entstanden ist die erste Single:
„ DANCE ALONE“ (BRAINSTORM),
ein Herbst/Winter Antidepressiva, der die Sonne im Herzen wieder hervorholt...bitte soviel wie möglich davon einwerfen...
