This is a house music mix I made circa November 2008. As a culmination of a wild year. 2008 in general was a big year for me. I felt like I was on top of the world and at the same time was starting to come out. Everything was just coming together and I was celebrating and having a good time. 

Funky, big room, banging house and dance music that was just the perfect vibe for all that was going on. One of my favorite mixes I've ever made.

Big Time

This is a house mix I made circa January 2009. Rehabilitation is not an event, it's a process. As 2008 was coming to a close and I felt like I was on top of the world, I hit one of the lowest moments of my life. This mix was an effort to reflect that. It's loud, chaotic, full of vocal house tunes of all the emotions I was feeling at the time.

Rehabilitation

This is a house and progressive mix I made circa May 2009 after moving to Oklahoma from Louisiana. This was originally a difficult move and had often felt very downtrodden about the things had taken place in the past. This was an attempt to try to get myself out of that funk and into something better. It definitely gets more upbeat towards the end.

Promotion Vol 3

This is a BANGER! from June 2018 after spending 7 months deployed. Lots of breaks, electro, and just loud drops all over the place. Very reminiscent of just how loud Afghanistan was. Peter Martin's "Distant Reflection" is absolute class and along with Solarstone, Paul Oakenfold, Jan Johnston, the mood is intense the whole way through. Mario Ochoa's remix of La Noche is explosive! One of my absolute favorite mixes to date.

CLAXON

This is a progressive house music circa October 2018. Compared to the previous mix, CLAXON, which was filled with lots of banging and loud tunes, All Clear is definitely subtle. It was a way to look back at my deployed time and reflect. Ending this mix with Above & Beyond's "Northern Soul" felt just perfect...because no matter what you go thru in life, you have to stay strong and not let anything get you down.

Desert Grooves II

This mix is from December 2021, wrapping up a year in Asheville, NC. Quite the anomaly from other places I've lived, but the melodies are somewhat familiar in sound.
