Concrete Records is an Italian label based in Rome and has seen contributions from Voices From the Lake, Minilogue, Svreca, Tensal, Echologist aka Brendon Moeller and Cassegrain, and many more, with many releases gaining multiple represses.

Hemissi is a French artist making waves in the scene by being known for his standout releases on quality labels like Jeff Mills' Axis, Slam's Soma, Ben Sims' Symbolism, Bas Mooy's Mord to name only a few.

Starting with "Reminder" its quirky tones and tribal percussion is the perfect warm up. "Thunder Slap" adds a new spin with a more underground feeling of spaced-out tension. "Screw" has a sci-fi style bleeping hook and awesome atmospherics. "Back Fire" uses an abstract and rolling tone as the basis and adds more metallic touches to its warm layers. "Ostralopitek" brings another out-there vibe from its detuned strings and throbbing bassline. "Virtues" brings back a heady take on techno with its swirling and hypnotic elements over a jackin' groove.

It’s extremely gratifying for us to see that we’re about to slate our 20th release on the label.

Born from a necessity for us to showcase the fantastic talent that has graced the booth at our parties, friends of the label, and incredible online acquaintances that we’ve made from the traction gained from our releases, G.O.R.D.A (Greatest Originals & Remixes Dropped Æver)
aims to pinpoint some of the essential tracks that define our labels first 10 releases, our ethos and sound.

This compilation materialises itself from our artists capability to craft well-defined, sophisticated Techno, equal parts heavy-hitting and elegant, some drenched in nebulised atmosphere, some gritty, broken, and carefully etched into walls of static noise.

It’s been a tough task for us to gather just 10 tracks from a slew of stellar EPs and VAs that have made us infinitely proud of the talent we are surrounded by. We are overwhelmed by all the great music we’ve been able to release and thank all the artists for their music, and all the supporters for keeping our music in circulation, and our projects ever growing.

If you’re new to Gordo Trax, we hope this can be a taster for our labels music and all the great artists who have made it, and we hope this can push you to explore the rest of our catalogue.

Sounds From NoWhere is pleased to premiere a new Jerical' gem on his own imprint.

Jerical Records is the self-titled techno imprint that serves as an outlet for his raw and hypnotic analogue cuts.

Jerical returns for the next instalment and fifth EP entry to the label with a 'Reality of Fiction.' 
Once again he shows his production quality by bringing his revered experience to the forefront, following a release on Zadig's Construct Re-Form.

"Carnage" begins this four track release with an up-tempo, raw, and mechanical sound, as well as gritty atmospherics from subtle modulations and killer, jackin' claps.

Second up, "Dark Forest" is a more hypnotic-focused entry with a phasing hook as its main feature over skittering percussion for an ultimate lesson in brooding tension.

"Isolation" is an abstract take that has unusual, throbbing percussion and looping modular synth at its core, which opens and closes in waves of restrained suspense.

Straight into a punchy beat, "Rabbit Hole" uses rolling toms and a modular lead to create a dance floor ready cut bursting in style and an infectious groove.
