One of the youngest recognized Dubstep producers on the scene, 17 year old DAVR (David Klingberg) from Sweden is making a name for himself as one of the hardest, grimeyiest Dubstep producers in Europe.. but with a twist. Having come up listening to Hip-Hop and enjoying DnB before getting bitten by the Dubstep bug - he's known for producing tunes that swing in tempo from 140BPM Dub to 100BPM speeded Hip-Hop hybrids. Staying true to his form, the "CHECKMATE EP" on TUFF LOVE DUBS brings three slices of proper hard edgd dubstep and one full track of the man's hybrid slowed down drumstep in the form of "Live & Direct".
