Introduction in English:
Some of my friends accuse me of having a longing for death or even of glorifying death. In fact, I often deal with death in my lyrics - as I do in this song and the whole album that will be released in the next 12 to 15 months. 
But as with previous songs, I always say that I can enjoy life all the more by fully accepting death as an inevitable reality. Many people who try to suppress this fact constantly feel an underlying, agonising fear that tends to keep them away from the wonderful aspects of life. 
In addition, recognising that death is a constant companion from birth leads to even more profound gratitude for every day that I am allowed to live. 
The song ‘Rendezvous with Death’ was written at a time when I was at an important turning point in my life. During this phase, I realised that I had to let some things ‘die’ in order to continue living well. In this respect, this in-depth rendezvous was necessary in order to move forward again. Another example of how death and life are inextricably linked.

[Lyrics follow}
A sweet, gentle pop song.  The original was written over 50 years ago and lost for more than 40.  It was found buried in a pile of old papers that might never have been uncovered if it wasn't for our Covid years.  This version is the first recording of the song, but it's grand entry into the world of song came when a four part harmony version (that I co-arranged with choir leader Susan Stott) was chosen by our local choir for performance.  It was a very special moment when I first heard 50 people singing a song that had only ever been sung by one person its long life.

These lyrics I wrote when I was in big trouble, but the words are still calm and constructive and paints a reality - mine - on a biv canvas for anyone to look. Music was played by robots after being trained by my prompts dozen of times, I try to fix smaller things and sometimes makes a new melodic structure close to the old one, there is a logic in this helpful aduio app but god he knows I'm not one who reads manuals.
