We welcome label boss of 124 Recordings Owain to our podcast series here he combines classic oldskool Garage favourites dug out from his crates mixed in with a peppering of new Underground House cuts and all done so with a lot of heart and soul throughout showcasing his wealth and knowledge of the house and garage scene.

124 Recordings and sub label 124 Black are both vinyl only and cover a wide spectrum of house whilst maintaining that raw House sound that the label has become so widely regarded for if you're lucky enough you may find some older releases via Discogs or from time to time the occasional repress on Juno so keep an eye on his pages to catch the next releases from his labels.

Hey guys, hope you will enjoy this live and no edited mix made here today at Real Tone Studio featuring the best Jovonn's music, maybe not the latest but without a doubt the best track that reminds back in the day…

I remember having 18 years old, hanging out at the legendary Rex club in Paris watching DJ Deep playing along with Jovonn late 90's. I was already a big fan of Jovonn’s sounds. DJ Deep was one of the only few to play this sound, and only few record stores were selling hard to find Jovonn’s music from Goldtone, Kult rds…

Hard to find wax was very exiting. That is what made me going to record stores all the way to Tokyo to buy some of the Jovonn's music…

Few yes laters in Paris, Jovonn and I made in an hour at home the vocal of the track  « Remember » released on Real Tone…

We are now very close to 2013 and I m so glad to invite one more time Jovonn at Rex club…

Time is passing - Music is timeless...

Label artist Davelly steps up to deliver an excellent mix which follows on from the high standard that Chris Fry set with Volume 1, featuring music exclusively from the label only.

Davelly resides in France and is building a solid reputation as both DJ and producer. He has seen great success with his releases on labels such as Hustler Trax as well as DDR. 2020 will see more releases on the label which i cannot wait to put out.
