Sainte Francis (AKA Rob Wilson Engle) is a Brooklyn-based writer, creator and DJ highly active at the intersection of dance music history and club culture. 

Originally hailing from Pittsburgh, Sainte Francis cut his teeth in the New York nightlife scene. His sonic style is influenced by the liberating sounds of Disco, the unmistakable soul of Chicago House, and the heavy-hitting rhythms and bass lines of New York & Detroit House.

Sainte Francis is a rising star in the New York house and disco scene, having performed at iconic nightlife institutions including Superior Ingredients, Musica, Somewhere Nowhere, Café Balearica, Ponyboy and other venues throughout the U.S. His original party, Sundown, pays homage to Ibiza and the Balearic Islands in the 90s, and has hosted house music legends, including Todd Terry.
