At the beginning of the year, I mixed what I thought would be one of the greatest tracks that I had ever mixed using only the FL Studio presets and a rather beautiful synth lead which I decided to keep.  A breakbeat project exploded into some violin concerto, and i guess that was pretty cool :)!

So a thought struck me and i decided to revamp one of my oldest tracks; it's called Rainy Nights and it contained one of the most wonderful melodies i had ever written (mixed with a really cruddy middle section).

And yeah, I'm revamping + expanding it into a three/two-movement thing :)!

This is somewhat of a revamp I guess :p? It uses some material from the middle section so yep!~

Rainy Nights - Mvmt I

The very first dubstep track I made involved cows :)! At some point of time in my life, I knew that i had to remake that, because it was so darn silly and needed better mixing.

So yeah, this track involves cows and dubstep at the same time. The very deep and intrinsic meaning of this track can be totally inferred from the title on the tin.

I Like Cows A Lot :D

I take a motif from the B section of the original Rainy Nights and basically mutate it until it becomes some crazy DnB track at 180bpm. Yup.

It's one of the more violent works that I've done for sure.

Rainy Nights - Mvmt III

And here lies possibly the greatest melody I've written in a while. 

The track began as a GarageBand project almost two years ago with bad sounds, and generally nothing that you hear in this track except the melodies, harmonies, and explosions of thunder. Then I developed a B section that sounded weird, tore it apart to form Movements 1 and 3, and kept all the sweetest, most emotional melodies that remained for this. Yup. It's also full orchestral (plus soundscapes) now~

Rainy Nights - Mvmt II

16-year old, slightly socially awkward (fluctuates based on caffeine level) Singaporean kid who found a love for electronic music somewhere on the journey of life. Anti-social tendencies are a normality; alone time is a must <3! Also plays the piano and cello! Art, both traditional and digital, is a happy thing too!

Currently in the notorious IB programme at ACS(I), Singapore. To say that it's stressful is a euphemism.

I like to think that there's a certain darkness in my music :)! At the same time, I like melodies and don't like repetition (a bit hard in the electronic music scene, hehe)! I love nice sounds too!

On an eternal conquest to become greater in production, sound design and recital, as well as to listen to music reflectively and critically <3!

Also silently a Christian who wants to live life as a journey of character and values, and to be the Christ to the Christless (i.e. to bring people to the faith) <3.
