OMG! LOL! :-) You painted & tickled those keys, & smashed the bug at the same time! That was ultimately valorous, okay even if you want to play hard as Hellboy turned Mr. Villain! Maybe the bug--if it were real, wouldn't have felt so well under that  'Chop(-p)in' hand expression!  But hey, even Bachman Turner Overdrive needed to take care of  business!  You worked this one with shrewdness! How striking--AND, that's either a pianistic punny or The Punisher on keys! I enjoyed your interpretation. Shall we name a cocktail after this? Call this thee Suave Sucre Sucker Swat & move it into the key of  E  flat??

bug - a technological variation - it all started as I was listening to my daughters' defective CD player ; the opening piece's development, as well as the whole series' driving principle, is owed to the application of different kinds of defect and distortion - I turned the defects of the player into composition principles, which I tested on the Finale music writing program : skipping, cutting, overlapping, extending, smoothing, spreading, etc.

Bug - 1 caveat emptor

I think this is a beat. At least it started as a beat. I had a drum pattern with some quirky foley sounds and then a synth melody. It was a loop, then I set-out to arrange it as a beat, but then I added some more flavour to the chords in the B section and then I started feeling like a synth solo and then it became this thing. I'm still calling it a beat. Beat I.
