As a label that continues to support a thriving scene throughout the west coast of the United States, For The Heads Records have delivered some impeccable releases since it's inception in 2019. With collaborative EPs from Mrshl & Subtle Mind in the books, plus the mighty Conzi with 'Chant' EP earlier this year, FTH certainly know how to put together a solid record by now! However, their keen ears are truly put to the test when curating their esteemed compilation series that reaches it's fourth edition this week. This latest compilation is a comprehensive celebration for all things fresh within dubstep right now, full of talent that continues to knock it out of the park upon each creation! And amongst thirteen brand new original productions is today's premiere, 'Don't Touch' by Crowley, one of the many notable producers to have emerged out of Belgium's flourishing scene.

The Triple Drop Productions evolutionary breakdown of genre development continues. Dub Warriors Vol 3 takes dub and dub-inspired styles on another epic quest through time, reminding us of where the dance floor/hall movement began . . . Jamaica in the 1950s? Yes, to some extent that is where bass and sub first took flight to vibrate our chests, move our feet and rattle our nostrils. And it has been doing so ever since . . . But people have been dancing to the resonance of a drum since long before records existed. And our explorations in electronic music today are our 'versions' of the ancestors' creations and ceremonial celebrations. This recognition can be deeply humbling. And for me personally, knowing and acknowledging the process that has taken place has made me truly grateful for the mind boggling access to further exploration through sonic space that software developers and engineers have granted to our finger tips. . . Big ups to the coders and mathematical geniuses that make this gift ever more apparent with every pass of the moon and sun! 

Welcoming new and old listeners of the Dub Warriors series. It gives me great pleasure to finally send this third edition out on its course. Packed with various talents hailing from far and wide. Again, eclectic and moresome. Unique and versatile. The TDP family and it's honour presents 'The Versatile Vanguard' . . . Deep Medi, Chestplate, Tectonic, Get darker and Origin Audio is a release catalogue that few can Dubstep producers can boast. Tunnidge has been producing and releasing Dubstep from the fledgling days of the scene. His first introduction to the scene was via the support of DMZ member and Dubstep pioneer Mala who championed his music on his acclaimed label Deep Medi. Later he was quickly adopted to Distances Chestplate camp being the first ever artist apart from Distance himself to release on this ever-growing label.

Monstrous releases such as Geddeon, 7Breaths, Dark Skies, Control and the remix of Truths Puppet Master have affirmed his ability to create heavy weight dance floor smashers in juxtaposition to the more deeper experimental tracks such as Tribe, Decay and Universal which was released by the legendary Tectonic imprint.

As well as the music production and DJing Tunnidge also keeps himself busy with the portrait designs of the Deep Medi label. With exhibitions of his work appearing in London, Greece and New York, his distinct artwork style has become synonymous with the brand of the Deep Medi label.

As a DJ Tunnidge hits hard, selecting the dark dance floor style music he is known for producing. Headlining all over the world and frequent visits to the U.S his accolades include playing the top events, festivals and Radio shows of the Dubstep world, DMZ, Deep Medi, Fabric, Outlook Festival, Get Darker events, FWD, Gritsy, SubMission, Oi!, Get Darker TV, Kiss FM, Rinse FM and now along with the other Chestplae family a bi monthly slot on BBC Radio 1xtras Mista Jams Dubstep show.

Armed with a cache of heavy weight Dubs, forthcoming releases on the biggest Dubstep labels and bookings for the biggest events, the future looks bright for Tunnidge
