Final project for Theory+Comp 4. The part from 2:13 on was singled out for praise during my teacher's feedback. He said the chord voicings were "beautiful" :)))!!!

Dragon's Cave

When the trees of the Licorice Whip Jungles give way to pink and amber grasslands, you've reached the fruity lands of the wild savanna.

Dotted with candied shrubs and covered in delicious red fruit, it's easy to lose oneself in the lush, untamed vegetation! Keep your wits though, Pilot Heroperson, for the Marshmeteor threat looms overhead!

Dodge the candied wildlife and take cover from the juicy monsoons that rustle these sun-kissed grasslands, but don't forget to take a few berries home as a lovely, delicious memory of the Strawberry Savanna!

This is it.

The only thing between us and that Enchantress Tival is this spire. We are at the bottom, and she is at the top. 

Time flows strangely inside of this tall pristine structure that sits atop  the rest of Tival's manor. Evenything seems to move a little more precisely - a little more deliberately. Even the dust seems to fall and gather with a calculated manner. It's obvious that everything in this magician's hideout is enchanted in some manner to bend the rules of time just slightly.

That doesn't make this place any less deadly. Perhaps, more so. Traps that could easily be sidestepped before are now deadly accurate, because even our bodies seem to be affected by this enchantment of time. 

Taking steps, breathing, or even blinking here out of rhythm with the rest of the spire feels so unnatural that its impossible to do. But we must push forward--er....upward, to defeat Tival and save our grandma and our village!
