Turning Point

***Please read first as there is an exercise to do before listening

Before listening:

- Please tune in and write a list of those in your life you feel insecure about when you see what they have - and what you want. Perhaps you feel inferior to them because of it. Or jealous or competitive. Whilst this is designed for ‘what others have’, it can be applied to any area and use the meditation to adapt to that area. The list doesn’t need to be long and you can always return to this meditation another time with a new list.

There is great power in transmuting your shadow into light. Here is one such exercise in the form of a blessing.

I created this for anyone who is working/expressing/creating, to help move beyond the idea that 
a) feeling Insecure about where you are at compared to others is to be judged. 
And, 
b) how to transmute this into a treasure. Here now for your growth 🙏🏽

This journey is to Bless those in your life who you feel insecure about when you compare yoursef to them. If we allow these feelings to continue, it can cement powerful statements about reality. It can prolong ideas about Scarcity, We are not good enough. Others have it easy and we don’t. 
Also it can lead to victimhood and unhealthy comparison. 

Competitiveness, Unhealthy Comparison, Insecurity are normal and its important we do not pretend we dont have it, repress it or judge it within. 

Instead we can transmute it through the power of Blessing.

When we do this we acknowledge the truth that life is infinitely abundant and everyone deserves happiness. As we do this, we simultaneously acknowledge that we also are part of that abundant Universe. Plus it feels incredibly liberating!

This journey is targeted towards those who are doing work of some kind, yet can be applied to anything as well.
