my aim was to see if there can be beauty in the destruction of something beautiful.  i took a piece of classical music and through a series of processing techniques, destroyed it and built a new composition with the resulting pieces.

i really love dub and i really love this beautiful woman, so i decided to throw my love for both of them together in this track.  i made it in two days, and i think i might tweak it a bit further, and perhaps add some vocals, but for now, i'm quite happy with the result.

This Feeling

I lose track of a lot of stuff in my life.  Time-wise, that is.  
Even the smallest bit, can become the biggest thing.  
And while I'm rolling a cigarette, the world is changing.  
For better or for worse.
And I'm aware of that.  
I'm just not aware of the time that goes by.  

A lot of people always tell me how they think it's strange for me not to notice the passing of time.  And I can see how they would perceive that as weird.  So, I decided to try and let them experience how it feels, when it does, and time runs me by.

this is a mix of the performances I did on my final jury.  I played a 24-channel analogue mixing-console like a synthesizer through the process of "zero input".  with the help of some fx and compression, of course.
