Motion in the Shadows has been through multiple revisions and took an extensive process to create. Whilst conceiving the track, I worked with juxtaposing rhythms to reflect my jarring emotional state; creating a challenging yet introspective process.

Most of the time i'll always start with just the production and instruments, before the wonderful vocals get worked into the tune.
