NIDUS AVIS is the last DJ set I made for L'ESTRANY, Festival de Música Insòlita, Banyoles. This contemporany music festival took place in Can Ginabreda forest, a really beautiful place in the middle of no where. 

This mix is inspired in the electronic procedures and nature.

After witnessing her performance at last year's Atonal Festival, we are thrilled to have a contribution from @tutumusique
Her agility and finesse whilst layering and looping tracks during sets amplifies the depth in her music knowledge and understanding of sonic manipulation. 

This mix is a fine example of that, covering various corners of rolling IDM and experimental ambient soundscapes with flickers of EBM, warped DnB, Folk and Industrial.

Tutu is a Spanish DJ known for her slow building, exciting sets full of clashing genres. She’s blending experimental music with different type of dance music, from cosmic trance, abstract grime to acid techno to tell a story on the dancefloor. We've met last year at Nyege Nyege Festival in Uganda and immediately decided to bring her to Kraków. Here's a recording of her set from the Wednesday party at @szpitalna1.

Current Obsession was entrusted with a delightful task of wrapping up this year's edition of NYCJewelry Week. The sessions of Tutu are odes to life, between pure adrenaline and the most innocent curiosity. Like windows that open to horizons both near and far, her sets run through the landscape with the same intensity that she lives other creative facets of her life. More than just a possible classification of styles - that range from bass house to cosmic trance, abstract grime, schizophrenic tribalism, acid techno and various experiments - Tutu on the decks can go from underground dance to the most experimental sounds, which direct the feet and brain to maintain the brain occupied and sensations that run skin deep.
