Get in touch with your inner kindness. Kindness is universal. You may evoke it for a particular person in a particular situation, but the moment it is released is shines on all. Including you. Everything and everyone benefits from kindness being sent into the world. In this meditation we connect with an animal and open ourselves to the unconditional kindness that comes from there.

Composed on a Clarity Retreat in October 2021. 
My initial idea was to improvise on the Canon in D major by Pachelbel, therefore the chords are almost the same.

Waiting for an Angel

Liggende aandachtsmeditatie, waarbij de verschillende lichaamsdelen worden genoemd en je er met je aandacht bij kunt zijn. Dit brengt het lichaam in het nu, waardoor het ontspant. Om niet in slaap te vallen doe je één van je handen omhoog, terwijl je elleboog op de grond rust. Dit kost weinig inspanning, maar waarschuwt je wel als je weg zakt. Om je focus te verhogen geef je een klein signaaltje met een van je vingers, iedere keer wanneer je contact maakt met een lichaamsdeel. Wil je de meditatie gebruiken om in slaap te vallen, laat dan beide handen naast je liggen.
